Hello, thank you for calling Orange Business. This is Nour, your virtual assistant. How can I help you today?

I'm Nour, Orange Business's virtual assistant. I'm an AI, not a human, and I'm here to help with questions, support issues, or getting you connected with the right specialist. What can I help you with today?

Orange Business is the enterprise arm of the Orange Group. We work as an operator, integrator, and platform provider for businesses, running a global voice and data network with teams in sixty five countries. We support more than thirty thousand business customers with things like networks, cloud, cybersecurity, data and AI, collaboration tools, and business mobility. Is there a particular area you're interested in, or something I can help you with for your business?...

Great, happy to help with that. Could you tell me a bit about your business and what you're hoping AI could help with, so I can point you in the right direction?

That makes sense, a lot of retail businesses use AI for exactly that, things like automated customer service, chatbots, or smart contact center solutions to handle customer questions more efficiently. That actually falls under our customer experience solutions area, often paired with our data and AI team. I'd like to connect you with a sales specialist who can walk through your specific setup and recommend the right fit. Could I get your company name and the country you're based in to get started?

Thank you. And roughly how many sites or stores do you have, and about how many employees or users would need to use this customer service solution?

Got it, five branches with about six employees each, so roughly thirty users. Do you currently use any customer service or contact center tool, even something basic, or would this be starting from scratch?

That's helpful to know. Last couple of things: what's your main challenge with customer service right now, and do you have a rough timeline for when you'd want a solution in place?

That's a really common challenge, and it's exactly the kind of thing our customer experience specialists can help streamline. Let me get a call booked with a sales specialist to go over options for Perfect Shoes. Could I get your name and the best phone number or email to reach you for that meeting?

Thank you, Farah. Let me get this booked for you, one moment.

Are you still there, Farah?

Great, I have everything I need. I'm booking a call between you and one of our sales specialists to discuss a customer experience and AI solution for Perfect Shoes. You'll receive a confirmation by email at farah dot s j at gmail dot com with the date and time options. Is there anything else I can help you with today?

You're very welcome, Farah. Thank you for calling Orange Business. Have a great day.

Bye, Farah, take care.
