Hallo, hier ist Alex von Gcore. Wie kann ich Ihnen heute helfen?

Kunde#108:17:59

Can we do it in English, please?

Ramona#208:18:00

Of course, happy to continue in English. So, what can I help you with today — are you exploring a new...

Kunde#308:18:06

So, can, can you tell me what you do? I'm, I'm a little confused. So, wha-what is it that you do and how can you help me?

Ramona#408:18:13

No worries at all, happy to clarify. I'm Alex, a solutions consultant here at Gcore. We're a cloud and edge technology company, and we help businesses with things like speeding up websites and apps through our content delivery network, running workloads on cloud infrastructure, powering AI model training and inference with GPUs, streaming video, and protecting against attacks like DDoS. So my job is simple: I find out what problem you're trying to solve, and then point you to the right product or get you in touch with one of our experts. What's bringing you to Gcore today — are you working on something specific?...

Kunde#508:18:45

So, so, okay. So, why should I go with Gcore? Why don't I go with a local, äh, provider in Germany? Äh, there are a lot... O-Or local provider... Like, I'm sitting in, in, in Saudi Arabia. Why shouldn't I go with someone in Saudi Arabia? Why should I go with you?

Ramona#608:18:59

That's a fair question. A few things set us apart. We have over two hundred ten points of presence worldwide, so your content and applications are close to your users wherever they are, with response times around thirty milliseconds. We also offer free egress, which can make a real difference on cost compared to many providers. And we've got proven scale — companies like Microsoft and ProSieben rely on us, plus over two hundred terabits per second of network capacity. That said, the right choice really depends on what you're building. What's your use case — is it a website, an app, video streaming, or...

Kunde#708:19:32

So, so, okay, I'm, I'm a company. Äh, I'm a cons-- Äh, I provide consulting services for hospitals and, äh, and also for real estate. So how can you help me?

Ramona#808:19:46

Got it, thanks for sharing that. For a consulting business like yours, it really depends on what you're running. Do you have a website or client portal you want to be fast and reliable? Are you hosting any applications or storing sensitive data, maybe things that need to meet healthcare compliance like patient data? Or are you more looking at protecting your systems from attacks? If you can tell me a bit more about what you have online right now, I can point you to the right fit.

Kunde#908:20:11

Okay, great, great. So can you help me, äh, analyze some use cases as well?

Ramona#1008:20:18

I can definitely help point you in the right direction based on what you describe, but I'm not able to do a deep technical analysis myself here on the call. What I'd suggest is this: tell me a bit about your specific use cases, and I'll recommend the Gcore products that fit. Then, if it makes sense, I can set you up with a call with one of our sales engineers who can do a proper deep-dive analysis with you. Does that work?

Kunde#1108:20:41

Ah, okay. Äh, that would work. Thanks a lot, Alex. Appreciate that.

Ramona#1208:20:45

You're very welcome. So, tell me a bit about your use cases — for example, do...
